So you are applying for a rental property through BAZZO Real Estate

To enable us to process your application promptly and to give you the best chance of being approved for the property, please ensure you can supply the following documents:

Proof of Identification

• Driver’s License
• Passport
• Medicare Card
• Proof of Age card
• Bank Card / Credit Card

Any written personal / Professional References

• Employer
• Current / previous Property Manager or Landlord
• Any other references which prove your good character

Proof of Income

• Pay slips
• Bank Statements detailing regular payments made in your account
• Current / recent Centrelink Statements

These documents, plus your completed / signed Application Form and Option Fee (equivalent to 1 week’s rent), must be handed in to our office at the same time / before we can process your application
