You can choose from many Real Estate agents across The North Eastern corridor area, but we doubt that any agency has their finger on the pulse of today's property opportunities, are as immersed in the community or are as actively involved in community projects and issues as BAZZO.
Our Principals - Peter and Julie Reid - are both passionate about carrying on the great work that our founders, Jo and Alex Bazzo, started in 1989. The work of Jo and Alex Bazzo, at that time, was fundamental to the development of the Ballajura area. They were the leading real estate agent (even then), and their influence and drive in developing the infrastructure and character of the local region is still evident today.
Since Peter and Julie took the helm of the business in March 2004, new suburbs have opened up and now "local" has come to mean Alexander Heights, Ballajura and Beechboro plus Ellenbrook and Aveley to the East, Landsdale, Madeley, Darch, Pearsall to the North West, Marangaroo and Mirrabooka to the West, Joondanna, Stirling, Balcatta to the South West and Noranda, Dianella and Morley to the South.
BAZZO's ongoing community involvement includes:
Originally named "Alinjarra", (an Aboriginal word for 'north') in 1977, this suburb was renamed Alexander Heights in 1987. The name is derived from Alexander Drive, the main arterial road into the area. The road, honours S B Alexander, a Road Board Member who was very active in civic affairs. Alexander Heights is 14 kms North east of Perth approximately a 30 minute drive and is part of the City of Wanneroo with a postcode of 6064.

The suburb of Landsdale was approved in 1980. The name is taken from the main road through the area, Lansdale Road. The origin of the road name is not known, although it appeared on maps of the area as early as 1955.
Landsdale is bounded by Gnangara Rd in the north, a north-south alignment to the east of Alexander Dve in the east, Hepburn Ave in the south and the proposed Mirrabooka Ave extension, Madeley St, Furniss Rd and Cowle St in the west.

Ballajura is a suburb of Perth, Western Australia, in the City of Swan local government area. Ballajura is located 14 km north of the Perth CBD. The postcode for the suburb is 6066.
History
The Ballajura area was first settled in 1905, when Ernest Maltby Kerruish, an immigrant from the Isle of Man, purchased land for a farm at the present site, which at the time was located in Caversham. He named it Ballajora, after a farm at Maughold on the Isle of Man. John Creer and Arthur Eaton, who also emigrated with Kerruish from the Isle of Man, joined him in clearing the land to build a house and begin farming the land. After a few years, Kerruish decided the soil was not fertile enough and moved his operations to an established vineyard in the present-day Caversham area, a few kilometres southeast.
The names Kerruish, Eaton, and Creer have been given to three of the four houses of Ballajura Primary School. The fourth is named after Matilda Bennett, a woman also of Manx descent who was the wife of John Septimus Roe, the first surveyor general of Western Australia [1] under the first governor of the state, Sir James Stirling. Bennett Brook, a stream which ran through the Ballajora farm, was also named after Matilda Bennett.
